    "I would love everyone to know my story and feel as great as I do about Barrington R.V I started out with a mistake. In 2011 I purchased a travel trailer not being experienced and with not knowing what to expect, I made a costly mistake. Unfortunately, my travel trailer was not purchased from Barrington R.V where I am sure they would have spent the proper time to make sure my needs would have been focused on and met. One year later, I was looking for a replacement for my mistake. I was referred from a friend to Barrington R.V how great Barrington R.V was with their customer's and WOW are they. Brian and Shawn could not make you feel more like a part of their family, not what you would expect from a person selling something. Their demeanor is very relaxed and very personable. Their lead salesman, Matt is INCREDIBLE. Matt could not be more knowledgeable with everything Barrington sells. If Matt does not know or believe what he is being told from the manufacture is correct, Matt will go to the ends of the earth to do the research to completely know the in's and out of what he is learning to pass on. Matt has never made me feel as he is looking at the clock when I am calling. In fact, Matt has had many conversations with me on his personal time. Mike, in the service department made me feel like a million dollars. Mike has a team that I could feel completely comfortable with. Any tweaks needed on my new coach, Mike made me feel like nothing would be a challenge. This coach I just purchased, will take a very long time to pay for, meaning I wanted to be spoiled if I had any tweaks needed after I had a chance to go over things. WOW being spoiled is an understatement, Mike's team has taken the time to go beyond what I considered a normal process. Thanks for being a part of my dreams Barrington R.V. Mike G."

    "Matt, Bryan, Sean and the service department. I was looking at your website and decided to fill ou the customer survey and add some comments about your organization. Donna and I had thought about buying a motor home for a long time and would occasionally stop by various dealers to look at new and used RV's. Our experience felt like buying a used car. The sales personnel were very pushy wanted to sell anything we looked at, and not very knowledgeable .When we stopped at Barrington Motors and Matt greeted us and showed us some of your products it was different,we felt like we were dealing with a long time friend or relative. He did not try to sell us just anythng but reviewed our concerns and needs and gave us his recommendations. We were still not sure if we were ready to make the purchase, but were sure if we did buy we would like to buy from him. His knowledge of RV's and ability to explain in terms we could understand made us feel very comfortable . We returned with some friends who were long time RV'ers and they were equally impressed with Barrington Motors and Matt. We ended up buying a used 35 foot Winnebago and have been very satisfied with it I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the purchase and the service work of your organization since. The nice thing in dealing with all of you is the service does not stop after the purchase. I have called Matt and/or he service dept.t numerous times since for help and advice and they have come through every time. I also own a business and know this effort and service starts at the top and is something you all should be proud of. I know when I talk with fellow RV'ers and hear of some of their experiences I am thankful we have dealt with Barrington Motors andwould recommend youur sales and service dept. to anyone.     "Sean, I wanted to thank you for the fine work of your service department. Tom and Mark saved the day once again. I was having trouble replacing batteries on my coach. After trying to secure technical assistance from several dealers here in Florida, I contacted your team at Barrington. Mark and Tom spent over an hour talking me through a tricky installation.     "To Matt, Bryan, and the service dept. at Barrington RV, I just wanted you guys to know how much I appreciate the service you guys have provided us after our initial purchase in February 2011. As you know, this was the first RV we ever bought and I probably took "dumb" to another level. That being said, you guys have been extremely patient, kind,understanding and responsive to all my issues. I can't say enough about Matt. He is available 24/7 when I call him or text him. He has responded at midnight and at 5:30am. I can't say enough about him. He is also unbelieveably knowledgeable. When you never owned an RV before you really are not accustomed to all the little things that need to be done in order to make sure everything works properly. As Matt says" you are driving a house on wheels" so things are going to bounce around anditems will need to be adjusted. I had to get used to that. Matt seems to know every nuance and trick and is able to covey that knowledge to even someone like myself, who is admittedly, not a candidate to replace Bob Villa on This Old House. I have had numerouse issues with my coach, mostly due to my own ignorance or forgetfullness, and Matt has told me how to get thru every one of them. If I was starting my own RV business, I'd try to hire Matt. In addition, the service guys at Barrington RV also said that I should let them know when I plan on taking out my RV because they will turn on the refridgerator and make sure everything is good to go. Where can you get service like that? Not may places. Typically, if someone knows you don't know what your doing, they will try to take advantage of you,not educate you. Bryan, Sean, Matt and the guys out of service are cut out of the same mold. I will always recommend to anybody I can, that Barrington RV is the place to go for somebody that wants a good deal on a RV, and also has great people to help you long after the initial deal is done. We purchased a pre-owned Winnebago Itasca Suncruiser 33V motor coach on August 6th. I am the sales and marketing executive for my company and have been a sales professional for most of my life, so I am always conscience of the "sales experience" and the level of trust between buyer and seller. You, Bruce,Sean and Barrington Motor sales changed this" sterile" transaction experience into a personal experience of friendship and trust. We wanted an RV for over 10 years and have looked on and off. Life challenges and timing have made us wait until now. There was no "hard selling". It was more like your team wanted us to enjoy the thrill of the RV experience that you all enjoy! They all shared openly how wonderful your company is to work for and how they could each help make owning and operting an RV easy and fun. That says so much about what you and your family have created at Barrington Motor Sales...you should be very proud. As with any pre-owned vehicle, there were minor things that needed attention and your service team has been so supportive to help us check things out, correct the bugs and explain all those big and little things that new RV'ers, like us, don't have a clue about. Their patience has been so refreshing ( Mark and Alfonso) because I am sure we have asked alot of simple questions. They have already fixed a few things and installed some options we have added.
