    "Our sales person, Rich Gould was terrific! We were invited to freely and without pressure, explore many options there. When we became interested in a Winnebago, he gave us a thorough review of the features and answered all of our questions. Then he gave us time by ourselves to discuss this option and make a decision. When it came to price the vehicle and our trade we were thrilled. We were out of town purchasers so we were encouraged to stay over night when we picked it up to make sure we understood how to operate all the features. We were given a three hour training on how to operate and maintain the vehicle by Rich. He gave us a lot of extra RV-ing tips. He also gave us his personal cell in case we had any questions. True to his word, on our first outing we had an issue that we could not resolve. We called Rich who was not working but he coached us thru strategies to resolve the issue. When it didn't work he made several other calls to their service department to help us resolve the situation. After three calls to us, the situation was resolved, thanks to Rich! We have already recommended Rich, Barrington and Winnebago to others after only 2 months of ownership! Thank you, Rich and Barrington RV!"

    "We just bought our 2017 Sunseeker 3010 and we couldn't be happier. Matt was our salesman and he was so patient and helpful as we took months to make our decision. We cannot begin to express how great a buying experience it was dealing with Barrington Motor Sales RV. Matt, Bryan and Sean all went above and beyond for us.     "I am an existing customer now for two years. I don't feel that Barrington R.V hears enough positive recognition from existing customers. In short, I want to rave about the customer service I get when I am on the road. The service team is mind-blowing. No matter what time I am on the road with a break down or just need to know, they are always available. Vince, Roland, Alfonzo, Matt, and Mike make any trip feel as they are with you the entire time to support you with a comfort level if anything may come up.     "This was the third experience with Barrington staff, purchase, one year check up, and second year repairs. We have always been treated with respect, courtesy, and genuine interest in us and our RV. Yesterday, we had an appointment. Check in was brief, repairs started immediately, and all was done in short order. We feel truly blessed to have a service staff that has our full trust."

    "We purchased our second motor home from BRV. Brian, Shawn, and the crew are all friendly and professional. They are not pushy and are willing to take the time needed to answer your questions and help you to become familiar with your purchase. BRV suggested that we stay minimum of one night to familiarize ourselves with our RV. We found this approach along with their hands on training to be useful in learning how to use accessories of our coach. When we had questions on our trip home, the team were there to help us resolve the issue and made sure we arrived at our destination. We are very satisfied with the BRV Team, and look forward to working with Brian & Sean on our next coach purchase.     "I purchased my Winnebago, Navion in February 2013 from Barrington, Motor Homes. I met Matt Scheerenberger at that time as he was conducting the introduction to my new "Dream RV". Matt ended our get together with handshake, looked me in the eye and congratulated me on my purchase. He handed me his card with his personal cell number and said to me "if you ever have a problem no matter how big or small, no matter what time of day or night...call me. Over the past two years I have called Matt with a number of questions, some as I reflect my 8 year old grandson could have figured out, but not me. As promised, he has always been there, appreciated my delema and solved the problem. Just last night as the temperature creeped past zero on its way to 10 below my "dream RV" decided it didn't like the cold and refused to start or give any hint of life. This was bad timimg as we were planning on hitting the road for Florida the next morning. I'm sure Matt had any number of things to do on a Friday evening but when I called he gave me his undivided, heartfelt attention. We reviewed normal protocols for the problem, he hung up and found some of the techs, asked their input but we were stymied. At home we were disappointed with our faith and contemplating they first few days of our vacation at the local Mercedes shop. As we cried in our beer Matt was pounding the keyboard of his computer looking for a solution to the problem. Our problem became his problem. Within the hour Matt had found a note from a technician having delt with the same problem and had posted his story on the internet. The solution, simple enough was a blown fuse but it might best be characterized as the perverbial needle in the haystack. Happily we are writing this testimonial as we head eastbound on Interstate 24, well on our way to warmer temperatures and sunshine. Being in the service industry I have always felt that if someone took as much interest in me as I did in them I would consider myself lucky. Matt went over and above my expectations and saved the day for us. "
