    "I am an existing customer now for two years. I don't feel that Barrington R.V hears enough positive recognition from existing customers. In short, I want to rave about the customer service I get when I am on the road. The service team is mind-blowing. No matter what time I am on the road with a break down or just need to know, they are always available. Vince, Roland, Alfonzo, Matt, and Mike make any trip feel as they are with you the entire time to support you with a comfort level if anything may come up.     "This was the third experience with Barrington staff, purchase, one year check up, and second year repairs. We have always been treated with respect, courtesy, and genuine interest in us and our RV. Yesterday, we had an appointment. Check in was brief, repairs started immediately, and all was done in short order. We feel truly blessed to have a service staff that has our full trust."

    "We purchased our second motor home from BRV. Brian, Shawn, and the crew are all friendly and professional. They are not pushy and are willing to take the time needed to answer your questions and help you to become familiar with your purchase. BRV suggested that we stay minimum of one night to familiarize ourselves with our RV. We found this approach along with their hands on training to be useful in learning how to use accessories of our coach. When we had questions on our trip home, the team were there to help us resolve the issue and made sure we arrived at our destination. We are very satisfied with the BRV Team, and look forward to working with Brian & Sean on our next coach purchase.     "I purchased my Winnebago, Navion in February 2013 from Barrington, Motor Homes. I met Matt Scheerenberger at that time as he was conducting the introduction to my new "Dream RV". Matt ended our get together with handshake, looked me in the eye and congratulated me on my purchase. He handed me his card with his personal cell number and said to me "if you ever have a problem no matter how big or small, no matter what time of day or night...call me. Over the past two years I have called Matt with a number of questions, some as I reflect my 8 year old grandson could have figured out, but not me. As promised, he has always been there, appreciated my delema and solved the problem. Just last night as the temperature creeped past zero on its way to 10 below my "dream RV" decided it didn't like the cold and refused to start or give any hint of life. This was bad timimg as we were planning on hitting the road for Florida the next morning. I'm sure Matt had any number of things to do on a Friday evening but when I called he gave me his undivided, heartfelt attention. We reviewed normal protocols for the problem, he hung up and found some of the techs, asked their input but we were stymied. At home we were disappointed with our faith and contemplating they first few days of our vacation at the local Mercedes shop. As we cried in our beer Matt was pounding the keyboard of his computer looking for a solution to the problem. Our problem became his problem. Within the hour Matt had found a note from a technician having delt with the same problem and had posted his story on the internet. The solution, simple enough was a blown fuse but it might best be characterized as the perverbial needle in the haystack. Happily we are writing this testimonial as we head eastbound on Interstate 24, well on our way to warmer temperatures and sunshine. Being in the service industry I have always felt that if someone took as much interest in me as I did in them I would consider myself lucky. Matt went over and above my expectations and saved the day for us. "

There are nice folks at all the RV dealers i visited while looking for my used trailer but you quickly notice that there's something alittle different about Brian, Sean & the crew.They are not pushy, they don't play the "sales game" that you get when automobile shopping just a great passion to make your whole experience stress free & enjoyable, most certainly some of the nicest people i've run across in any business situation & in life in general.     "I was looking to buy a new travel trailer, as I had grown tired of dropping $3000 every spring into my old Keystone Springdale. I did a great deal of research into both travel trailer brands and best available deals. Out of that research - it was clear that Winnebago (Sunnybroook) towables are top of the heap on quality/ value, and Barrington was more than 10% better than any other price I was able to source out in the US! Being from western Canada- I had to purchase the unit 'site unseen'. My salesman (Rich) was very helpful in describing the units available, and working through the many questions I needed adressed to commit to the sale. As needed through the process- Bryan and Sean Bransky were involved and were very helpful. I was provided with a thorough 2 hour pre-delivery orientation, given a great deal on some add ons I needed, and even given some swag as I headed off on the 28hr drive home! I was particularly impressed with the time / effort / patience Rich and Bryan took to make sure I was pleased with what I was purchasing. What occurred to me was that my experience was on one of the more entry level new units in their lot, and I was there the week-end before the Memorial Day weekend- likely the busiest weekend of the year for RV sales. In short- I caught them at what should have been their worst and I was thrilled with the support. Edmonton Alberta to Bartlett IL is a long drive, but I feel like it was well worth it for the product and service I recieved. Great job!"
